Collaborations

Thoughtful partnerships bring fresh perspectives to a project. We work alongside creative businesses, design teams and property specialists, combining complementary expertise to bring a shared vision to life.

Collaboration in practice: Adams Haus

Our collaboration with Adams Haus offers an example of how we can work alongside another business to bring a shared brief to life. This project combines complementary expertise with a shared appreciation of thoughtful interiors, distinctive styling and the details that help a property feel like a home.

Adams Haus specialises in rental furniture for staging and living. Their approach combines distinctive styling with practical layouts, giving each room a clear purpose and making spaces easy to understand during a viewing.

A shared approach

The collaboration brings complementary perspectives to each brief, with a focus on colour, character and the way people live. The Gallery at Camden Goods Yard shows how that shared approach can translate into a considered, welcoming show apartment.

Adams Haus’s flexible rental approach supports the changing needs of a development, with opportunities to refresh show apartments and create new photography and marketing content.

A bespoke show apartment in collaboration with Adams Haus

Vintage soul. Modern living.

Inspired by Camden’s creative character, this bespoke show apartment celebrates craftsmanship, uplifting colour and timeless forms, with subtle vintage and Mid-Century influences. The aim was to create a home that feels bright, elegant and memorable, while remaining practical for everyday life.

The design brief

Designed for two professionals with the option to work from home, the apartment incorporates two dedicated workspaces: one within the living area and a second in the flexible guest bedroom. Both form part of the overall scheme, supporting work without compromising the comfort and character of the home.

Colour, texture and detail

Soft colour drenching and muted pastel tones bring a sense of light to the inward-facing apartment. Warm ivory, sage and plaster tones are balanced with ochre, antique gold and richer burnt-sienna accents.

Warm walnut, brushed brass, tactile upholstery and softly tinted glass add depth and warmth. Sculptural lighting, curated artwork and layered textiles bring the rooms together, while the styling connects the apartment with the communal spaces and wider marketing suite at Camden Goods Yard.
